The CD Fulfillment Service
You can take advantage of our CD fulfillment service in the following two instances:
- If you have purchased a product from us on CD-ROM and the media is subsequently damaged, we can replace it.
- If you have downloaded one of our products and subsequently decide that you would like to own the product on CD-ROM, we will send you the product on CD.
In either of the two instances, you will need to pay shipping and handling charge of $15 US for this service. Additionally, you will need to reference the order number that was e-mailed to you when you first purchased the product.

- Enter the Order Number or Receipt Number that you received when you first purchased your product.
(This would have been sent to you via e-mail in most cases.) - Click Buy CD
